We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Inspector to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Building Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections of residential and commercial properties to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site inspections of new construction, renovations, and maintenance projects to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Reviewing architectural and engineering plans to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Issuing permits and approvals for construction projects after inspections have been completed satisfactorily.
- Investigating complaints and violations related to building codes and regulations and taking appropriate enforcement actions.
- Providing guidance and assistance to property owners, contractors, and developers on building code requirements and compliance measures.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections, violations, and enforcement actions taken.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience working as a Building Inspector in the Real Estate industry.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices in Dubai.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
