Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at a healthcare facility in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall upkeep and functionality of the building, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and minor electrical work
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify and address any issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and patients
- Ensure that all building systems are operating efficiently and safely
- Assist with the installation and repair of equipment and fixtures
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license is preferred
