We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and business support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business development team
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Manage and maintain databases
- Assist with financial and budgeting tasks
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and partners
- Conduct research and gather data for business projects
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Support the team in day-to-day operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
