We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the construction industry. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in order to improve their business operations and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of clients' business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic solutions
- Collaborating with clients to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies
- Providing guidance on project management, risk assessment, and financial planning
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Developing and delivering presentations and reports to clients outlining recommendations and strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in business consulting, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing business strategies and driving results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business analysis tools
