We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a drive to exceed targets. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities in the real estate sector
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's presence in the market
- Assist in negotiating and closing deals with clients
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
