We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Manager Assistant in our Real Estate office in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and a passion for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Operations Manager in day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication with clients and vendors
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist in the creation and implementation of office policies and procedures
- Support the Business Operations Manager in managing budgets and financial reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in administrative support roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
