We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Manager to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of various business systems within the organization to ensure seamless operations and optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and integration of business systems, including ERP, CRM, and other software solutions
- Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and recommend appropriate system enhancements
- Manage system upgrades and updates to ensure compatibility and functionality
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for business systems
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to business systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- [6-8] years of experience in business systems management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other business applications
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry-specific software solutions
- Certification in project management or business systems analysis is a plus
