Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to support our management team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional administrative skills, a strong understanding of business operations, and a keen interest in the telecommunications industry. This position will require effective communication, multitasking abilities, and a solutions-oriented mindset to assist in various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes.

- Documentation Management: Assist in the preparation and organization of business documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure that all materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards.

- Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between management and other departments or external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and foster strong working relationships.

- Project Coordination: Support project management activities by tracking progress, coordinating timelines, and ensuring project milestones are met. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and status reports.

- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and present data related to business performance, market trends, and operational efficiencies. Assist in the development of strategies based on data insights.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the telecommunications industry. Summarize findings and present recommendations to management.

- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.

- Expense Management: Track and manage departmental budgets, processing invoices and expense reports to ensure accurate financial records.

- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in a business support role, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and market dynamics is an advantage.
