We are seeking a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Butcher will be responsible for handling and preparing various cuts of meat in a fast-paced environment within the energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with high-quality meat products and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to customer specifications
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all meat products to maintain quality and freshness
- Operate and maintain cutting equipment, such as knives, saws, and grinders
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions they may have

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Butcher or Meat Cutter
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper preparation techniques
- Strong knife skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in meat cutting or a related field
- Previous experience working in a butcher shop or meat processing facility
