We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for procurement and a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services for the manufacturing process
- Maintain and update supplier databases and conduct regular supplier evaluations
- Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and track orders to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with orders or deliveries
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
