Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery, with a particular focus on applications in the agricultural sector. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components used in agricultural equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling machines, lathes, and routers, to produce parts according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to understand production requirements.
- Adjust machine settings and tools to ensure optimal performance and precision in production.
- Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure they remain in good working condition.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine malfunctions or programming errors in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operation or machining is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or agricultural environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Working Conditions:

- This position may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials.
- The role will involve working in a manufacturing environment, which may expose the operator to noise, machinery, and other industrial hazards.
