We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cafeteria Manager Assistant in our retail cafeteria in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, food service, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cafeteria Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations
- Supervise cafeteria staff and ensure they are following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Help create and implement menus and special promotions to drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Assist with scheduling staff and managing payroll
- Monitor and analyze sales and expenses to help optimize profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized cafeteria environment

Requirements:
