We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Operations Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery, and driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of call center agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity
- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the call center operations
- Monitor and analyze call center performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities
- Manage call center budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction levels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
