We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Trainer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture industry. The Call Center Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure our call center agents are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for call center agents, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills, and call handling techniques
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing call center agents
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of call center agents through call monitoring and performance metrics
- Provide feedback and coaching to call center agents to help them improve their skills and performance
- Collaborate with call center supervisors and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center training and customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
