Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to join our team in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, project management, and communications, along with a passion for the aerospace and defense industries. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target key stakeholders in the aerospace and defense sectors.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Utilize data-driven insights to inform campaign strategies.

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, sales, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of campaign initiatives.

- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, social media posts, and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Utilize insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.

- Event Management: Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics, booth design, and promotional materials.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to foster collaboration and enhance brand reputation.

- Compliance and Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to marketing practices in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related role, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns from conception to completion.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
