We are seeking a dynamic and organized Campus Coordinator to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Campus Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of campus operations, including coordinating events, managing student relations, and overseeing campus facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement campus events and activities to engage students and promote a positive campus culture
- Manage student relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing support as needed
- Coordinate campus facilities, including classrooms, meeting spaces, and common areas, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff
- Collaborate with campus leadership to develop and implement campus policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to campus operations
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new students and staff members
- Monitor and report on campus budget and expenses
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in campus operations or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of retail industry is a plus
