We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Campus Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a strong understanding of the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to promote our organization as an employer of choice
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to attract top talent
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internships and entry-level positions, from sourcing candidates to making job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Coordinate and conduct on-campus interviews and assessment centers
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in campus recruitment or HR, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
