Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Campus Security Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our healthcare campus, which includes hospitals, clinics, and administrative buildings. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the healthcare campus, including buildings and surrounding areas, to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Enforce campus security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all staff, patients, and visitors.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security breaches, and take appropriate action.
- Provide assistance to patients, staff, and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing directions as needed.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to incidents.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and investigations, preparing reports as necessary.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and prepare documentation for review by management.
- Participate in security training and drills, including first aid and CPR, to enhance skills and readiness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures, ensuring they align with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and training to new security staff and support their integration into the team.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications (e.g., Security Management, First Aid, CPR) are an advantage.
- Strong observational and analytical skills, with the ability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
