Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiovascular Nurse to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cardiovascular care and be passionate about providing high-quality nursing care to patients. This role involves working in a unique manufacturing environment, where the focus will be on supporting the health and well-being of employees, particularly those with cardiovascular concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments to monitor patients' health status and detect any changes in condition.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients with cardiovascular issues, ensuring best practices and evidence-based care.
- Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, while monitoring for efficacy and any adverse reactions.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures and surgeries, ensuring a smooth recovery process.
- Participate in health promotion and wellness initiatives within the manufacturing facility to enhance employee cardiovascular health.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in cardiovascular nursing practices, technologies, and research to continuously improve patient care quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing license to practice in the UAE.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiovascular nursing or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and common cardiovascular diseases.
- Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficient in using electronic health records and other healthcare technology.
- CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and patient advocacy skills.
- Ability to educate patients and families effectively on complex cardiovascular health topics.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple patients and tasks.
