Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cardiovascular Technologist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the construction of advanced healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in cardiovascular technology and will be responsible for supporting the healthcare construction projects by ensuring that all cardiovascular imaging and diagnostic systems are implemented and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnostic Imaging: Perform non-invasive cardiovascular tests, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and Holter monitoring, to assist in the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with construction teams and biomedical engineers to ensure that all cardiovascular diagnostic equipment is installed, calibrated, and maintained in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to quality control protocols for cardiovascular testing, ensuring that all procedures meet clinical guidelines and safety standards.
- Patient Interaction: Prepare patients for tests, explain procedures, and provide comfort during examinations, ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test results and provide preliminary findings to physicians, preparing comprehensive reports that support clinical decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide insights that enhance the overall quality of cardiovascular services within the facility.
- Training and Support: Assist in the training of junior staff and new hires on cardiovascular procedures and equipment usage, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, including those specific to construction and operational standards in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or a related field.
- Certification from a recognized cardiovascular technology organization (e.g., CCI, ARDMS) is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in cardiovascular technology.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting cardiovascular diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, medical staff, and construction teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
