Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join our dynamic team in the retail sector in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the case management process, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and tracking customer cases, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to retail products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information regarding case status and resolution timelines.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to gather necessary information and facilitate efficient case resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of case interactions, correspondence, and resolutions in the case management system.
- Analyze case trends and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement in customer service and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information.
- Assist in training new staff members on case management protocols and customer service best practices.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss case resolutions, share insights, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or case management role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
