We are currently seeking a Casino Dealer Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the gaming industry and a strong background in Information Technology.

Responsibilities:
- Assist casino dealers with managing table games and ensuring smooth gameplay
- Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
- Monitor and maintain gaming equipment and ensure they are in good working condition
- Assist in training new casino dealers on game rules and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist in resolving customer disputes and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to casino equipment
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a casino environment
- Strong knowledge of casino games and rules
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and gaming equipment
- Knowledge of Information Technology and ability to troubleshoot technical issues is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
