We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of casino operations in our pharmaceuticals-based casino in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the gaming industry, with extensive experience in managing casino operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize casino operations and maximize revenue
- Manage day-to-day casino operations, including overseeing gaming floor activities, staff management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the operation of a casino
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers
- Maintain a safe and secure gaming environment for customers and staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino operations management
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
