We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Operations Manager to join our Education team in Sharjah. The Category Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities within the Education category, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in all processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve category performance and profitability
- Manage and optimize category inventory levels to meet demand and minimize stockouts
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and execute category strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
