We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cell Tower Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and a proven track record of working on cell tower installations and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair cell tower equipment and infrastructure
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on cell tower sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with cell tower equipment
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on cell tower sites
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience as a Cell Tower Technician
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and equipment
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
