We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cement Finisher to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finishing concrete surfaces to create smooth and durable finishes for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for cement application by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling them
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete to desired thickness and texture
- Use hand tools and power tools to finish concrete surfaces to specified smoothness and texture
- Apply curing and sealing agents to protect finished surfaces
- Repair, patch, and replace damaged or worn concrete surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cement Finisher
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in concrete finishing or related field
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
