Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cement Mason to join our team in the healthcare sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cement masonry, with experience in working on healthcare facilities or similar environments. As a Cement Mason, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of various concrete applications within our healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concrete Work: Prepare, mix, and pour concrete for various applications, including floors, walls, and foundations in healthcare facilities.
- Site Preparation: Assess work sites to determine necessary materials, tools, and equipment; prepare surfaces for concrete pouring.
- Formwork Installation: Construct and install formwork for concrete structures, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
- Finishing Techniques: Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, smoothing, and brushing to achieve desired textures and surface finishes.
- Repair Work: Conduct repairs on existing concrete structures, including patching cracks and resurfacing as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working on-site; ensure that the work area is clean and organized.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring that it meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Material Management: Monitor and manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment related to cement masonry tasks.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training in masonry or construction preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cement Mason, preferably in the healthcare sector or related construction industries.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Capability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
