We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CFO Assistant in our telecommunications company based in Sharjah. The CFO Assistant will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CFO in preparing financial statements, reports, and presentations
- Conduct financial analysis and research to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor and analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as needed
- Assist in managing and optimizing financial processes and systems
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
