We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach and distribution network.
- Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to help them effectively promote and sell our products and services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop channel programs and promotions.
- Manage and track channel partner performance, provide regular reporting and feedback to management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts with channel partners in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate market in Dubai is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
