We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Program Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and strong experience in managing channel programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel program strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align channel programs with overall business objectives
- Manage relationships with channel partners and ensure compliance with program guidelines

- Coordinate training and enablement programs for channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for program enhancement
- Oversee program budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI
- Communicate program updates and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
