We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to join our team in Dubai. The CAO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, as well as managing the finance and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management and external stakeholders
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations
- Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion
- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management for decision-making purposes
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- [6-8] years of experience in financial accounting, with at least [2-3] years in a senior leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
