We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Brand Program Officer to lead our pharmaceutical brand program in Dubai. The Chief Brand Program Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand reputation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns to promote pharmaceutical products and services in the UAE market
- Lead a team of brand managers and marketing professionals to ensure brand goals and objectives are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs to ensure brand consistency and compliance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation
- Manage brand budget and ensure ROI on marketing investments
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and regulatory authorities
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
