We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to join our team based in Dubai, specializing in the field of Education. The CCO will be responsible for overseeing all communication strategies and initiatives to enhance the organization's brand and reputation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote the organization's mission and vision.
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, social media, website content, and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, key stakeholders, and partners.
- Lead a team of communication professionals to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Handle crisis communication strategies and manage reputation management efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to align communication efforts with organizational goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication software.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
