Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Data Officer (CDO) to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The CDO will be responsible for leading our data strategy and implementation to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to support the company's business objectives and drive decision-making processes.
- Lead a team of data professionals to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Implement data analytics tools and technologies to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
