Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead our digital transformation efforts in the energy sector in Dubai. As the CDO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new technologies and digital solutions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital capabilities across all business functions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to create value and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the development of digital products and services that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives and provide regular updates to the executive team.
- Build and manage a high-performing digital team, including hiring, training, and developing talent.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital technology and recommend strategic changes as necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital strategy, technology, or innovation roles, preferably in the energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering tangible business results.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving change and innovation.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment and market dynamics in the energy industry in Dubai.
