We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
- Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent in the industry
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design and development
- Develop and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
- Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth and success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
