Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The CIO will be responsible for leading the overall technology strategy and implementation for our agriculture business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of technology systems and solutions
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new technology initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs across the organization
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments in the agriculture industry
- Manage the company's IT budget and resources effectively to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to technology and data security

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in the agriculture industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential applications in agriculture
