We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Operations Security Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a Chief Information Operations Security Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the information security operations within the organization, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats, and respond promptly to security breaches.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage and lead a team of information security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effectiveness of security operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in information security, and implement best practices to enhance the organization's security posture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in information security operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
