We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in marketing strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- [X] years of experience in marketing roles, with at least [X] years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience working in the Middle East market is a plus.
