Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Program Manager to lead our operations in the healthcare sector based in Dubai. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of strategic operational programs to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in healthcare operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the operational vision and strategy.

2. Program Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of operational programs and projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and operational performance.

3. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

4. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient care quality.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decisions and improvements in service delivery.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with medical staff, administrative personnel, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and healthcare partners.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

7. Financial Oversight:
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor expenditure and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality of care.

8. Innovation and Technology:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance operational capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes that improve patient care and operational outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a focus on program management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
