We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Brand Program Officer to lead the brand strategy and program development for our consumer goods company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all branding initiatives to drive brand awareness and growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market presence
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive brand growth and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth
- Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Lead and mentor a team of brand professionals to deliver high-quality results and achieve strategic goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles in the consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for consumer insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure
