Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our information technology department in the energy sector based in Dubai. The CIO will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations of the organization to ensure efficient and effective utilization of technology resources.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and support.
- Identify and prioritize IT initiatives that align with the business needs and drive innovation.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Manage the IT budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the energy sector to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations to protect sensitive information.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the energy industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT projects and initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the energy sector.
