We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Psychologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Child Psychologist in the energy industry, you will be responsible for providing mental health support and therapy to children and adolescents who may be experiencing emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders in children
- Developing and implementing treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
- Providing therapy and counseling to children and adolescents using evidence-based practices
- Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of clients and adjusting treatment as needed
- Providing crisis intervention and support as necessary
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Staying current with advancements in the field of child psychology and participating in continuing education opportunities

Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
- Valid license to practice as a Psychologist in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience working as a Child Psychologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of child development, mental health disorders, and therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
