We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Assistant to join our team in Al Ain, Energy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the childcare facility
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play to promote their physical, emotional, and social development
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding the children's progress and any concerns
- Follow all safety and health guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children
- Assist in meal preparation and feeding of children as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
