Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Lawyer Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and experience working in a legal setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, researching case law, and preparing evidence for trial
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
- Assist with court filings, scheduling court appearances, and managing case files
- Attend court hearings and trials to assist the lawyer
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards of the legal profession
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the lawyer in their caseload

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in civil litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Knowledge of UAE civil litigation procedures and laws is preferred
