We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Claims Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the claims process within our financial services company. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for claims processing
- Manage a team of claims processors and adjusters
- Review and approve claims payments
- Investigate and resolve complex or high-value claims
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless claims processing
- Provide regular reports on claims processing metrics and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
