We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Processing Operations Manager to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims processing and management, as well as experience in leading a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the claims processing department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all claims
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the claims processing workflow
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage a team of claims processors, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team success
- Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and coding, to resolve claims processing issues and improve overall efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to claims processing, ensuring compliance at all times
- Conduct regular audits of claims processing activities to maintain accuracy and quality standards
- Handle escalated claims issues and disputes, working to resolve them in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in claims processing, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and coding practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software
