We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team in Dubai. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims related to consumer goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims processing, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate consumer goods claims to determine coverage and liability
- Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information and evidence
- Review insurance policies and contracts to determine coverage and exclusions
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party vendors
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of claims processing activities
- Work closely with legal counsel and other team members to resolve complex claims
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software
