We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Claims Adjuster to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Claims Adjuster in the Consumer Goods industry, you will be responsible for managing and resolving claims related to damaged or defective products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate claims filed by customers regarding damaged or defective products
- Review and analyze documentation, including invoices, receipts, and photographs, to determine the validity of claims
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve claims in a timely manner
- Negotiate settlements with customers or vendors to ensure fair and timely resolution of claims
- Maintain accurate records of claims, settlements, and communication for reporting purposes
- Provide guidance and support to junior claims adjusters as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
