Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Services Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our consumer goods portfolio. The Client Services Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction through regular feedback and performance metrics. Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to create and implement strategies that align with client needs and market trends.

- Project Management: Oversee the execution of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on client activities, market trends, and performance metrics. Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.

- Training and Development: Train and mentor junior client services staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional service to clients.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively address client needs and position the company as a market leader.

- Negotiation and Contracts: Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties while maintaining company standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
